The Petrovietnam Trade Union has closely collaborated with the Group's leadership in implementing labor production emulation movements, particularly in the context of global energy market fluctuations. By organizing conferences, seminars, and skill competitions, the trade union has encouraged workers to continuously improve their professional expertise and vocational skills.



Notably, the trade union's activities have contributed significantly to the completion and exceeding of crude oil extraction output, electricity production, oil business, and other core business areas of the Group. Production efficiency has been maintained at high levels, ensuring national energy security in the new context.
